It is not at all surprising that Christian charities might be subject to civic penalties for openly expressing their faith and purpose in states like Oregon, or even in some parts of Virginia such as Fairfax and Loudon counties or even in Fulton county Georgia, but in states like Montana, Arkansas, Alabama, Indiana, Florida, and Missouri, that DOES come as a shock.
