On April 19, 1995, 31 years ago, the nine-story Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, in Oklahoma City, was the place of a truck bomb blast that killed 168 people. 26-year-old Timothy McVeigh was eventually put to death, in 2001, for the deadly attack.
