Concerns regarding President Joe Biden's cognitive decline have been raised since the beginning of his presidency. In light of this, how can any documents he has signed be regarded as legally binding?
Recent media reports have confirmed what many Americans long suspected: Joe Biden’s cognitive decline began before he took office and has progressively worsened throughout his presidency. Those closest to him—his wife, family, Vice President, cabinet members, administration officials, doctors, and members of Congress—were aware of his condition yet actively participated in concealing it from the public.
There are numerous sources and websites that expose the ongoing cover-up surrounding this issue. This cover-up is widely recognized across various media platforms—television, print, the internet, and more—and involves not only his wife and family, but also staff members, cabinet officials, many in Congress, foreign leaders, and over 70 million Americans who see through the deceit.
Given the circumstances outlined in the above, Joe Biden should never have been in the White House as President of the United States. His presidency is both a travesty and an embarrassment.
So, what is the purpose of my deep dive into President Biden's history of cognitive decline? During his time in office, President Biden has signed hundreds of laws, executive orders, official documents, bills, pardons, paroles, and more. Based on the evidence I’ve presented—and likely much more that has not yet come to light—he was and remains mentally unfit to make such decisions.
These documents were placed in front of him with the simple directive: "Sign these." Even if only one of these documents were signed during his periods of incompetence (though it’s clear many were), how can we consider any of them legal? It’s impossible to legally bind someone who is mentally impaired to a contract or official document.
These documents were placed in front of him with the simple directive: "Sign these." Even if only one of these documents were signed during his periods of incompetence (though it’s clear many were), how can we consider any of them legal? It’s impossible to legally bind someone who is mentally impaired to a contract or official document. If such an action were permissible, anyone suffering from cognitive decline could be exploited in this manner at any time.
To those who were complicit in this cover-up, you have and are showing a disregard for the integrity of the United States and its people. I say, "Shame on you."
What do I hope to accomplish?
I seek someone who shares my concerns and is in a position to initiate legal action against both Joe Biden and Congress for allowing this travesty to unfold. I advocate for the removal of all documents he has signed under these circumstances, declaring them illegal and non-binding.
This is a short version of my thesis. The full version is on my substack post.
